🏨 Official Tournament Accommodations

Western Epic/Wild Challenge – May 15–18, 2026

All teams are required to stay at one of the official sponsoring hotels listed on this page. These hotels are the designated accommodations for the tournament.

✅ Booking Instructions

• On your registration form, please select one sponsoring hotel your team will stay at.

• Team managers must call the selected hotel ASAP to reserve rooms using the provided Group Code.

• Call Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, and ask for the Hotel Sales Manager to complete your booking.

Note: Booking with a sponsoring hotel using the Group Code is a mandatory condition for tournament acceptance.

🚫 Third-Party Booking Restrictions

Bookings through combined flight/hotel platforms such as Kayak, TripAdvisor, Expedia, Orbitz,Hotels.com, etc., are not permitted. All coaches, managers, and parents must use the Group Code when reserving rooms directly with the sponsoring hotel.

Important: Any team that checks out of a sponsoring hotel during the tournament and moves to a non-sponsoring hotel will be disqualified from further play.

💳 Registration & Payment Details

• Refundable Deposit: $745 CAD (required to hold your entry)

• Full Entry Fee: $2,745 CAD (due by March 15, 2026)

• U.S. Teams: Canadian banks no longer accept U.S. cheques or money orders.  – All American entries must be paid via wire transfer.  – Instructions will be sent after your team submits the registration form, checklist, and waiver.

📅 Key Deadlines

• Registration & Checklist Deadline: February 15, 2026

• Birth Certificates: Team managers must have copies on hand at all games

💸 Refund Policy

• Deposit Refund: Only if a replacement team is found for your division

• Full Entry Fee Refund: Same condition applies if a team cancels after full payment
